The Gatterie website in your browser
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to evaluate visits, product links and advertising campaigns. You can change your choice at any time under “Privacy settings”. Details are provided in the website privacy policy.
When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data, in particular the IP address, time and requested file, in server logs. This is used solely for secure and reliable operation and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of this website. The hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich acts as a processor. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes.
Contact
If you contact us by email, your details are processed to handle your request and are then deleted unless statutory retention duties apply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
The Gatterie app
Gatterie requires no account and contains no advertising, telemetry or analytics SDKs. Content and settings are processed on your device and are not transmitted to the developer. The Google measurement described above is part of the website only. Consent in the website banner does not enable tracking in the app.
The 14-day trial version (Gatterie Trial) is downloaded as a DMG file directly from this website. It collects no personal data and makes no network connection to check the trial period. To calculate the 14-day trial period, the app stores only the time of first launch and the last-seen timestamp locally on your Mac – inside the app container (~/Library/Containers/com.photogallery.gatterie.trial) and as a local counter in the login keychain of your macOS user account (service name com.photogallery.gatterie.trial). This information does not leave your Mac.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
